I’ve been out-of-shape throughout my life, struggling to breathe even during warm-up. I was never able to do push-ups too. However, I wanted to lose weight, eliminate lethargy, feel stronger, and live longer! I have tried dieting and jogging on my own with little results. Yet in just 4 months with Jake, I lost 5kg, and my waist size reduced from 42 to 38 inches! Now, I’m more flexible, able to manoeuvre tight corners at the playground with my kids. I can do standard push-ups, sit-ups and run 5 km nonstop on the treadmill.
Essentially, I have not only become leaner but I’ve experienced a lifestyle change. I’ve learnt to eat what is good for my body and use the right muscle groups for daily activities, allowing me to do them with much ease. All in all, Jake is patient, methodical and quietly encouraging. He assessed my strength and customise the workout routines according to my abilities and goals.
