Since engaging Jake, my knees are stronger and have been injury free. He is very serious about good form to avoid future injuries and always stresses on the importance of targeting the correct muscles. Jake has been a supportive trainer for the past 1.5 years. He has an easy-going personality that creates a comfortable environment. Jake sets realistic goals and has a keen understanding of my abilities and limitations.
During sessions, Jake is encouraging and challenges me beyond my comfort zones whilst making the exercises fun and interesting by mixing up cardio, physio and strength trainings weekly.
Through Jake’s sharing’s about the benefit of taking up a sport to complement my weekly exercises, I am now actively doing rock climbing weekly. Thanks Jake for helping me maintain my goal of staying injury free for over a year and learning a new sport to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle!
