He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, explaining the exercises and their benefits clearly and patiently. He also listened intently to my concerns and adjusted the program accordingly.
Also worth noting – Jake’s training is personalised to your needs making minimal equipment possible, adjusting the program to whatever we have available. We have hectic schedules, so this flexibility has made it easier to fit training into our busy lives. We have been training with Coach Jake for a while now, and our relationship with exercise and fitness has truly changed!
